The "words" in Mastery MindFuseTM are upfront and can be easily read while using Mastery MindFuseTM. They are simple, powerful affirmations for mastery written by Sasha, such as "I am loved." Mastery MindFuseTM makes them even more powerful by infusing them deeply into your mind.
Is the screen supposed to go black during Mastery MindFuseTM?
Yes. During this portion of the program you are instructed to close your eye, relax and focus on the music.
Does Mastery MindFuseTM work on children?
Brainwaves in children are different than in adults. Mastery MindFuseTM changes brainwave patterns. While brainwave technology has been used for children, it is worth doing some research before deciding if it is safe for your child. You may want to ask your doctor's opinion.
Mastery MindFuseTM is definitely NOT recommended for any child susceptible to seizures.

What state of mind is best to use Mastery MindFuseTM?
Mastery MindFuseTM should be practiced alone. Your state of mind can vary, as Mastery MindFuseTM will automatically put your brain into the state it needs to be. It doesn't matter if you're tired, grumpy, or angry. Your mind will sync up with the brainwave necessary for the program to work.
Why is "I am not alone" included in the affirmations? Aren't all affirmations supposed to be positive and not include a negative word!
Normally you don't have negatives in affirmations. But "I am NOT alone" is a universal truth that we need to be reminded of and it causes us to
feel powerful, peaceful, and secure. This affirmation with the visualization triggers an intellectual and emotional response within the body of love and support.
